Shipping policy

All Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. If you require more security/services, please contact me before purchasing for additional shipment options like signature or next day delivery.

Shipment processing time for in stock orders are processed within 7 business days. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery especially with the issues that the USPS is currently experiencing. 

Mater and moon is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays. I am also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

As the sole maker of apparel for Mater and Moon, I place value in the slow and intentional process that goes into making each piece, as well as strive to minimize waste and energy while doing so. I believe we need to create garments as needed, instead of creating surpluses of garments that may or may not be wanted, and thus, apparel from Mater and Moon will be made to order. Once an order is placed, the production process for the garment will begin. Please note that made to order items may take 6-8 weeks to produce and ship, but could ship much sooner. I appreciate your patience while I hand craft your special piece, and I hope you will enjoy the collective consciousness that we will share by doing so. Ultimately, I hope you will agree that it's worthwhile.
